Denise calls the women to the barrel store to share her fears but gets cold comfort from the rest of the group.

Jack and Chelsea question Denise’s strange behaviour.

Sam decides to play hardball over Albie’s paternity and tells Zack that Phil will drag Sharon through the courts if she doesn’t give him access.

Lauren and Penny start flat hunting, but Peter puts a spanner in the works.

Elaine worries about Linda’s wellbeing, but George says they can’t do anything.

MOTORBIKES are allowed inside the church – and it’s causing outrage among some older members of the congregation.

Yes, Reverend Will Davenport (Tom Brittney) and his modern ways are back in his penultimate series.

With Brittney announcing his departure, we will be introduced to yet another charismatic vicar – why change a winning format? – Alphy Kotteram, played by Rishi Nair.

But before all this, there is another murder mystery for Davenport to solve with his cop friend Geordie (Robson Green).

The body of a 19-year-old biker is found in a field, the day after a charity motorbike race organised by Will.

Ron Weller, a mechanic who trains young bikers, his son Jimmy, and many others mourn the loss of their fellow rider.

But as Geordie and Will begin to investigate, they realise that beneath the happy surface there are tensions and rivalries.

Geordie is surprised when DCI Wallace questions his longevity in his role.

Is Wallace suggesting retirement? Will and Bonnie (Charlotte Ritchie) seem to be settling into married life – they make a good team despite Bonnie’s lack of personal faith.

They are expecting their first child together, but clashes over how to parent Ernie throw a spotlight on Will’s anxiety about fatherhood.

Then there is news that Bonnie’s mother is sick.

And Leonard welcomes a new resident to his latest venture – a halfway house for ex-convicts.
