MASS murderer Anders Breivik will stay in solitary confinement after a court rejected a claim his human rights are being violated.

Prosecutors said the right-wing fanatic who killed 77 in a 2011 bomb and gun rampage in Norway is still dangerous.

The 44-year-old had shown no remorse for his attacks, which he portrayed as a crusade against multiculturalism.

Breivik claimed the isolation he was placed under since beginning his sentence amounts to inhumane punishment.

During his evidence he cried and said he is suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts.

On the last day of a fiveday hearing, government lawyer Andreas Hjetland said: “There is a great danger of violence and that he will inspire others.

That is why he has to serve his time under strict security measures.”

ON HER LOVE ISLAND STAR BOYFRIEND AND DWTS VETERAN DANCING With The Stars pro dancer Laura Nolan won’t be falling head over heels for Shane Quigley Murphy – saying she is totally in love with her boyfriend Matthew Macnabb.

The performer, 29, and the former Love Island star have been dating since they met on the RTE One show in 2022.

And Laura quashed the Strictly curse with her celebrity dance partner – as the pair are both in happy relationships.

She said: “Matthew was delighted when I was partnered with Shane because it is the kind of personality I’ve never been partnered with.

“The Strictly curse is not going to happen anytime soon. I’m very much in love. And so is Shane, we’re both in relationships.

“So you know, Matthew is such a supportive partner and it’s actually lovely that, you know, with him having been on the show he really understands the whole process.

“He’s like my No1 fan. He comes into the studio and helps record it because we always like to record it to watch it back and stuff. He’s the best.”

Shane, 33, also opened up about his own relationship, saying his girlfriend works in the industry so she understands the long nights he has to work.

He added: “What’s really great about working or being in a relationship with someone in the industry is they understand, they understand about the work schedule.

“They don’t get caught up in the thing, ‘Oh my God, you’re dancing with another woman’ or you’re simulating these romantic scenes because they know that world.

“So thankfully my partner is incredibly understanding and funnily enough, she’s Laura Nolan’s No1 fan.”

Laura and Shane are set to take on the waltz tomorrow night and Shane opened up about his intense work schedule going from the Fair City set right to the dance studios.

He said: “As you can probably see by the bags under my eyes, sleeping is a commodity I’m running out of at the moment.

“It’s early starts into filming for about 7am wrapped by half six, straight over to Laura and then rehearse until I start to go vacant behind my eyes.

“But again, we’re rolling with the punches and utilising the time we have.”

Matthew is such a supportive partner... he really understands the whole process
