The social media star and her pro partner Montel Hewson became the second celebrity couple to be booted off the show on Sunday night.

She said: “I think even maybe the movie we did, Trolls. It’s a kids’ movie.

“Maybe kids are in bed and they are not watching. I think it could be anything.

“There could be so many reasons as to why I’ve gone home.

“And maybe we just got unlucky that maybe that was it. We got a kid’s film and we took a chance and the kids were in bed. I don’t know.”

But Miriam added she doesn’t regret anything, and insisted: “This has been the most amazing experience ever.

“I enjoyed tonight’s dance so much and yeah, no regrets.”

Miriam admitted she was worried when she saw the leaderboard on Sunday night and urged the public to vote for their favourite, admitting nobody is safe on the show.

She said: “I’m not going to lie and I was kind of on the bottom part.

“And you just don’t know who’s voting for you at home.

“I feel like people would vote for the first week or two and then they’d be like, ‘Ah, yeah it’ll be grand’. But I think this just proves how important the votes are going forward.

“I think this will give people at home, you know, a kick to say you have to vote if you want people to stay in the competition.”

And she added having millions of followers on Tiktok means nothing to the show.

Miriam added: “Everyone is different in this competition.

“Some people have bigger followers than others and some don’t. It just shows that it doesn’t matter, I guess.”
