FORMER Dublin Wives star Danielle Marr Collins has revealed Lisa Murphy confided in her when she got her devastating cancer diagnosis.

Hundreds are expected to attend Lisa’s wake in Ballinteer, Dublin, ahead of her funeral tomorrow.

The model, 51, passed away last Thursday after a private battle with cancer.

Lisa, who was engaged to dancer Michael Flatley in the early 2000s, starred in Dublin Wives between 2012 and 2013.

There she met Danielle, who became famous in the Celtic Tiger era as one of the pioneers derma fillers, which earned her the nickname Dr Botox.

The 43-year-old, who now lives in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, said she remembers getting a call from Lisa about her diagnosis.

She added: “I can remember exactly where I was sitting in 2018 when I got the call telling me you were sick and it was terminal.

“You fought hard, a true lady inside and out and I’m proud that everyone who knew you were sick went out of their way to protect you and keep it private as you wished.

“A lady right up until the very end. Poised, graceful and so beautiful inside and out, you made the rest of us look good. I have always known that this day would come but it’s still a shock and super sad news. You fought so hard since 2018. May you rest in peace, I’m going to go into the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills and light up all the candles for you and celebrate you.”

Danielle is now in the running to star in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after impressing TV bosses.

She said: “What Lisa’s passing has taught me is that life is short.

“I will miss Lisa terribly but I’m grateful for her friendship.”

Former flames Flatley and Gerald Kean are expected to attend Lisa’s wake tomorrow.
