GABRIEL SARA says Norwich are a team that were once lost but have now found their way.

The Brazilian (above left) admits the Canaries looked nothing like a promotion side three months ago.

But the midfielder is confident David Wagner’s side have now solved their problems just in time for a play-off push.

Goals from Josh Sargent and Borja Sainz overturned Callum O’hare’s Coventry opener.

That knocked the Sky Blues out of the play-off slots and brought Norwich level on points.

Sara said: “We had a great start to the season and then just lost ourselves. We knew there was something wrong and managed to start fixing it.

“Our main target is to win promotion. Our focus right now is to get a place in the play-offs.”

Wagner’s pre-match comments that Coventry were not one of the Championship’s “sexiest” sides annoyed the visitors.

He apologised afterwards but those words certainly added extra spice to a contest that saw the

Sky Blues end with 10 men.

O’hare slotted them ahead in the 48th minute thanks to a skilful penalty box evasion of both Shane Duffy and Jack Stacey.

“One-nil to the Sexy Boys!” sang the away section.

Wagner then sent on Ashley Barnes, whose shot on the hour mark hit Jamie Allen’s arm and Sargent lashed the rebound in.

Last man Liam Kitching saw red in the 71st minute for bringing Sargent down and six minutes from time Sainz played a one-two with Barnes on the edge of the box before cracking a super shot beyond keeper Bradley Collins.

“2-1 to the Sexy Boys!” sang the fans – Norwich ones this time.

It ended a 12-match unbeaten run for Coventry and midfielder Ben Sheaf is also out for up to two months with a hamstring injury.

Tomorrow Coventry have their FA Cup fourth-round replay at home to Sheffield Wednesday and midfielder Allen said: “It would be great to have a cup run. I’ve not had one here.”
