Mulready-woods

EXCLUSIVE

AN on-the-run mob boss and his brother have now split up – with one living in Dubai and the other living in Thailand, we can reveal.

However, both are still suspected of supplying the drugs market in Drogheda, Co Louth, from their overseas hideaways.

Both brothers, who are in their 20s, cannot be identified as they are facing serious charges.

Warrants have been issued for their arrests since they went on the run in the aftermath of the gruesome murder of teen Keane Mulready-woods in January 2020.

HIDEAWAYS

A third associate, who also fled, is now believed to be in Northern Ireland.

The under threat brothers fled to Spain and then Mexico before fleeing to their new hideaways in Dubai and Thailand.

The siblings, whose gang is at war with associates of paralysed mob boss Owen Maguire in the Drogheda feud, are in fear that they will be targeted by those seeking revenge for Keane’s horrific murder.

He was killed and dismembered before his body parts were thrown out of a car in Coolock’s Moatview.

His head, hands and feet were later found in a burnt out car in Dublin.

A source said: “There doesn’t appear to have been a falling out of sorts with the brothers but they both seem to be trying to make a go of it themselves separately.

“But both brothers are still supplying the drugs market in Drogheda and it’s believed they have now built up a network in both Dubai and Thailand.

“They seem to be able to put fear in people and everyone is afraid to say no to them.”

The feud, which has quietened down in recent years, claimed four lives and over 100 criminal incidents including shootings and houses petrol bombed have been reported.

James Moyles

A MAN has died after he was struck by a car while bringing his young niece to the local shop to buy her a treat.

James Moyles, 33, passed away in hospital on Wednesday after he and his niece were struck by the vehicle while crossing Lord Edward Street in Ballina, Co Mayo, on Tuesday evening.

The six-year-old girl was discharged from hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

STRICTLY Come Dancing’s newest couple, Bobby Brazier and Ellie Leach, are about to face their first big test.

The pair looked radiant posing together on the red carpet at the press night for the play Hadestown in the West End on Wednesday.

But next week Ellie, 22, starts a nationwide tour in Cluedo 2 while Bobby, 20, has resumed filming Eastenders near London.

A source said: “Ellie has grown in confidence so much since Strictly, which really helped her get over everything with her ex. She is visibly shining.

“They are making the most of their time together. Once she heads off on tour next week, now Bobby has resumed filming Eastenders, that will be the first test for their budding relationship, but they seem so happy everyone hopes they can make it work.”

Bobby has been filming in Borehamwood, Herts, since Monday, his character Freddie expected on screen in April.

Ellie makes her stage debut on Thursday, replacing fellow ex-coronation Street star Helen Flanagan, in the comedy whodunit which tours until the end of July.

Bobby, who partnered Dianne Buswell on BBC’S Strictly, and Ellie, who won the glitterball with Vito Coppolo, sparked dating rumours last month at a Birmingham hotel while on the show’s tour.

Last week, Bobby called Ellie “beautiful and amazing” at the TV Choice awards. He added she was a “sweetheart” but was coy over confirming their relationship.

Pressed on whether they were dating, he added: “She’s a lovely, lovely, lovely friend of mine.” Ellie also confirmed the pair had “bonded” since touring together.

In March 2023, Ellie split from boyfriend of five years Reagan Pettman. He admitted cheating on her about the same time she was axed from the soap. Last month he said: “I hurt her and I am not proud of it. I broke her heart.”

Councillor Mark Duffy said: “It’s a shocking tragedy for the town and the local community. We’re all devastated and mourning his loss.

“It was a tragic accident and first responders were on the scene so quickly but unfortunately James

SWEETHEART

didn’t make it. My thoughts and prayers are with the Moyles family and there’s a huge sense of grief and loss at this difficult time.”

Mr Moyles funeral will be held at St Patrick’s Church in Ballina on Monday.
