Derry v Roscommon

Tomorrow, Celtic Pk, 12.45pm LIKE a lot of games this weekend, a manager’s approach with team selection will go some way towards determining the outcome and

(right) is likely to experiment again with a place in the final all but assured.

Roscommon have to win to stay up but they’ve been well off it against the stronger teams this spring and will do very well to come away with anything even if Derry are weakened.

VERDICT: Derry

Kerry v Galway Tomorrow, Killarney 1.45pm (TG4)

UNLESS Tyrone hold Dublin or they run up a huge victory here while Derry lose, Kerry won’t be back in the League final. That being the case, they will not be exposed to Division One opposition again until the All-ireland series. Galway are in need of a result to avoid relegation in case Roscommon win but both outcomes appear unlikely.

VERDICT: Kerry

Dublin v Tyrone

Tomorrow, Croke Pk, 1.15pm A WIN for Dublin will guarantee a spot in the final for the first time since 2018, while Tyrone retain a mathematical chance of reaching the decider themselves, though it would require a win of at least 15 points and a Kerry loss at home to Galway.

While Tyrone may be liberated by having secured their top flight status with last weekend’s win over Monaghan, Dublin’s form has been ominous.

VERDICT: Dublin

Monaghan v Mayo

Tomorrow, Clones, 1.45pm NOTHING really at stake for either side as Monaghan are already relegated and while holders Mayo retain a mathematical chance of reaching the final, it’s not one they’re likely to entertain with emphasis set to be placed on the Connacht SFC.

After five successive defeats, Monaghan need a result and performance to carry into the Championship.

VERDICT: Monaghan
