HOLLYWOOD star Jonathan Majors has avoided prison after assaulting his former girlfriend.

Grace Jabbari, attacked in the backseat of a chauffeured car in New York, was furious when he got probation instead of a possible year behind bars.

Ms Jabbari, 31, described the Creed III actor, 34, as a remorseless abuser.

Wiping away tears as she delivered a victim impact statement, the British dancer told the court: “He is not sorry. He has not accepted responsibility. He will do this again. He will hurt other women. This is a man who believes he is above the law.”

The former Marvel star was convicted of assault and harassment in December.

On Monday, Judge Michael Gaffey ordered Majors to complete a 52-week batterer’s intervention scheme. He also has to continue with his mental health therapy.

Ms Jabbari said Majors still denied the attack even after his conviction.

She added: “He remains a danger to those around him.

“I have seen his physical anger and he does not have control over it.

“I had a career, a life and a body, all of which he has damaged.” Ms Jabbari said she felt scared and vulnerable while the couple were dating. She added: “I feel lucky to spend the first 29 years of my life never having experienced someone you love physically attack you.”

Majors lives in LA and was joined by his girlfriend Meagan Good, 42, at Manhattan Criminal Court.

It came a week after a judge denied his bid to dismiss the guilty verdict. Ms Jabbari accused Majors of leaving her in excruciating pain after the attack spilled on to the streets of Manhattan in March last year.

She said he struck her in the head with his open hand, twisted her arm behind her back and squeezed a finger until it fractured.

Majors’ lawyers argued she was the aggressor, alleging she flew into a rage after reading a text on his phone from another woman. The guilty verdict has dealt a major blow to Majors, who played Damian Anderson in 2023’s Creed III, with Michael B. Jordan as Adonis Creed.

Tipped to become one of Hollywood’s leading stars, he has lost film roles and endorsement deals. Movie Magazine Dreams was pulled from its scheduled 2023 release after his charges.
