Tune into your body at Liss Ard...
TUNE into your wellbeing at Liss Ard Estate’s Spring Retreat with local acupuncturist and wellness expert Hayley Power.
Taking place from March 3-5, this weekend is a brand new opportunity for guests to unwind and reconnect with their inner sanctuary.
Immersed in 163 acres of untouched nature, a private lake and rolling woodlands, Liss Ard Estate is truly an idyllic place to retreat in.
Guests will receive a minimum of 3 acupuncture treatments, meditative sound healing treatments with crystal singing bowls and tea ceremonies with specially tailored tea blends, balanced with free time to chill or explore the natural beauty of West Cork.
All of this will be fuelled by food from the award-winning chefs at Liss Ard Estate.
James Turrell’s famous Sky Garden is a deep
green bowl of grass open to the sky, designed to be a dramatic naked-eye observatory on a grand scale.
Hayley will also be teaching beneficial life skills and techniques such as acupressure points on the face and body for soothing stress and balancing emotions, along with guided meditations and grounding exercises.
Guests will bring home new ideas for self care rituals and the therapeutic benefits this weekend will provide on an emotional, physical and spiritual plane.
The Spring Retreat at Liss Ard Estate starts from €760 for single occupancy and €1,080 for double occupancy.
It includes two nights’ accommodation with breakfast each morning, lunch on two days and dinner on two nights as well as the full wellness itinerary.
