GRAMMY Award-winning R&B artist SZA has confirmed her eagerly anticipated Irish return with a huge outdoor show set to take place in Dublin this summer.

The Kill Bill singer will play Malahide Castle on July 3 as part of her new European tour dates.

The gig will be held less than a year after SZA performed two sold-out shows at Dublin’s 3Arena last June.

Now, the acclaimed US R&B superstar is making a triumphant return for her Malahide Castle show.

SZA is the latest high-profile act to announce a gig at the north Dublin venue for this summer.

Country music superstar Shania Twain is set to perform there on Friday, June 28, as part of her Queen of Me tour, with legendary British boyband Take That also due to play Malahide Castle on Friday, June 21.

Meanwhile, LCD Soundsystem have already announced a huge one-off gig at the castle for June 26, with the band topping a stacked bill which will also feature IDLES and Young Fathers.

Pop-rap superstar Nicki Minaj also recently announced a huge outdoor show at Malahide Castle on Saturday, July 6, as part of her Pink Friday 2 World Tour.

And indie rockers Arcade Fire will take to the stage at the castle on July 7 for a unique gig which will see the band perform the entirety of their debut album, Funeral, to mark its 20th anniversary.

Tickets

Tickets for SZA’s upcoming gig at Malahide Castle, priced from €84.90, are set to go on sale on Friday at 10am via szasos.com and Ticketmaster.ie.

They will be limited to eight per person, and Ticketmaster has warned that anyone who exceeds the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by the company at its discretion.

However, SZA fans will be able to get their hands on tickets for the July gig before they go on general sale this Friday through an MCD presale.
