WITH all the talk about the potential in dairying, a compact, modern 55ac residential dairy farm at Archerstown, Delvin, Co Westmeath is sure to bring out the customers when it comes to auction with a guide price of €400,000 to €450,000.

The farm will be sold at auction at the Property Exchange, Trim at 3pm on Tuesday, February 25.
