FTMTA 2017 is already a sellout
THE TOP event of the 2017 farm machinery year in Ireland will undoubtedly be the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show, held at Punchestown Racecourse over three days from Thursday, February 9, to Saturday, February 11.
The show is organised on a biennial basis by the Farm Tractor and Machinery Trade Association (FTMTA).
This year the show will feature an extra 2,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space.
All stand space has been sold out for some weeks now with a waiting list in operation since early December.
The show will comprise four exhibition pavilions totalling nearly 14,000 square metres of indoor, heated, exhibition space, as well as a substantial area of outdoor displays.
A record number of 165 individual exhibitors will exhibit across over 200 distinct exhibits including shell stand, open stands and outdoor display areas.
As always the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show will feature exhibits of the latest farm mechanisation technology from the major Irish and international manufacturers active in the Irish market, with a considerable number of new exhibitors booked.
Punters will have the opportunity to meet product experts from the various manufacturers.
Unlike some other events, all exhibitors listed as exhibiting at the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show are individual exhibitors with no subletting of stands, duplication of exhibits or second-hand machinery permitted.
The show has maintained its focus through the years as a farm machinery show attended by genuine machinery buyers and that, in turn, attracts high quality exhibitors who wish to showcase their products and services to this audience.
The event opens to the public at 10am each day and closes at 6pm on Thursday and Friday and at 5pm on Saturday, which has proven to be a very popular day with visitors.
The site at Punchestown is well proven as a tremendous venue for this event and is easily accessible from all over the country with parking and on site facilities.
