ICOS in call to arms for co-op leaders

ICOS president Martin Keane has issued a call to arms for coop leaders to show strong leadership on behalf of members.

Mr Keane said 2016 would be remembered as the year when all perceptions of the norm were challenged due to Brexit and the election of US President Donald Trump.

“A strong co-operative movement is needed now more than ever before to ensure that farmers continue to shape and control the future direction of their industry,” he said.
