West Cork holding with forestry premiums guided at €650,000

A 67ac farm with a range of farm buildings and 13ac is on the market near Drimoleagu­e with a guide price of €650,000.

Located 3km from Drinagh Co-op, the holding has extensive road frontage onto the Bantry to Drimoleagu­e road.

A central roadway services the fields that are laid out in large, well-fenced elevated paddocks. John Hodnett of Hodnett Forde auctioneer­s says the farm has been run as a drystock holding in recent years and while the 54ac of grass is in good heart it could do with a bit of attention to bring out its full potential.
