On a recent trip to Westmeath I took in a number of properties including a compact 52ac holding at Southhill near Delvin.

Originally a Land Commission farm, the place is located on a minor public road about 4km from Delvin.

It is undoubtedly a sweet piece of property and has great potential as a standalone farm, a hobby farm or an out-farm.

The land and house will be brought to auction in lots or as an entire with the residence on 0.7ac making up one lot, while 51ac of land makes up the second lot and the entire third.
