Com­pact tillage farm with guide price of €1m

THE south-east con­tin­ues to sup­ply a steady stream of lovely prop­er­ties to the mar­ket, writes Jim O’Brien.

Among them is a fine 65ac res­i­den­tial farm with a three-storey pe­riod res­i­dence, and a yard. It comes to mar­ket with a guide price of €1m.

It is di­vided in two lots with a c 41.8ac par­cel in two fields joined by a lane di­rectly to the rear of the house.

A 21ac par­cel reached by an­other lane to the right of the ac­cess av­enue.

The farm can be bought in a num­ber of lots or as an en­tire with the res­i­dence and yard on c1.8ac guided at €250,000-300,000, while the c41.8ac is guided at €12,000/ac and the 21ac lot is guided at €10,000-€12,000/ac.
