All combine to ensure that energy bills on these homes will be minimised as much as possible, and in many respects the homes considerably exceed the requirements of current building regulations on energy efficiency. For example, the triple glazed windows achieve 50% less heat loss than the maximum allowed, while the air tightness in the homes is 50% better than required in the regulations.
In terms of size, the three-storey fourbed homes extend to 1,388 Sq Ft, and the three-storey three-bed homes to 1,421 sq ft. The two-bed penthouses are 1,050 Sq ft, and the two-bed garden apartments are between 861 sq ft and 1,001 Sq Ft. The three-bed garden duplexes range in size from 1,130 sq ft to 1,151 sq ft, while the three-bed duplex penthouses extend to between 1,281 sq ft and 1,421 sq ft,
Prices start from €285,000 for the twobed penthouses, from €305,000 for the three-bed garden duplexes, from €335,000 for the three-storey three-bed houses, and from €365,000 for the three-storey fourbed houses.
