-

Housebuilder Glenveagh Properties PLC has been formally admitted to the Irish Stock Exchange. It marks the completion of an initial public offering (IPO) by the company which is the second largest flotation on the Irish Stock Exchange this year, after AIB’s part privatisation.

Glenveagh has brought together land owned by US fund Oaktree and the operations of Maynooth-based builder Bridgdale.

It will focus on building homes in the greater Dublin area, either for itself to sell or for private and public sector landlords.
