Glen­veagh rings in Ir­ish Stock Ex­change list­ing

House­builder Glen­veagh Prop­er­ties PLC has been for­mally ad­mit­ted to the Ir­ish Stock Ex­change. It marks the com­ple­tion of an ini­tial pub­lic of­fer­ing (IPO) by the com­pany which is the sec­ond largest flota­tion on the Ir­ish Stock Ex­change this year, af­ter AIB’s part pri­vati­sa­tion.

Glen­veagh has brought to­gether land owned by US fund Oak­tree and the op­er­a­tions of Maynooth-based builder Bridg­dale.

It will fo­cus on build­ing homes in the greater Dublin area, ei­ther for it­self to sell or for pri­vate and pub­lic sec­tor land­lords.
