BEECHPARK, a development in the north-east Kildare town of Leixlip, was designed with expanding families in mind: each has an attic that can be transformed into an extra bedroom or den at a later stage; Leixlip GAA is close by; and there is a crèche and Montessori on site.

The development is a few minutes’ drive from the M4 motorway at exit six, though commuters who buy at Beechpark can also use the train station at Louisa Bridge to reach Maynooth or Dublin city centre.
