Red-brick homes starting at ¤235,000

Mount Hamilton, Dundalk, Co Louth

-

URBAN Life, the company led by the son of beef baron Larry Goodman, has added a third phase of homes to its Mount Hamilton scheme on Dundalk’s Carrick Road.

The Laurence Goodman-led development was originally launched off the plans in November 2016. A third phase followed last weekend, consisting of 22 three and four-bed semi-detached homes and four-bed detached houses, with prices starting at €235,000, €250,000, and €345,000, respectively.

At Mount Hamilton, the homes are block built and finished in red brick, with double-glazed future-proofed windows. Inside, there is a choice of shaker-style kitchens from Kitchen Elegance. The gas-fired central heating can be controlled remotely by a Climote system via a smartphone.

Six kilometres south, in Blackrock, Co Louth, the same selling agent is launching Seaview Square, the third phase of Cnoc na Mara, this weekend. There are 28 three-bed properties on offer in the latest tranche, each measuring 1,170 sq ft and costing from €230,000. The properties also feature a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, a fitted kitchen and bedroom wardrobes from Kube. An air-to-water heat pump helps contribute to the A3 energy rating.

Showhouses for both Seaview Square and Mount Hamilton are open tomorrow and Sunday, from 2pm to 4pm. Enquiries to: DNG Duffy (042) 9351011.
