FG sexism row ‘dealt with’, says senator

-

FINE Gael senator Catherine Noone, who accused a colleague of bullying, declared the matter “dealt with” at a party meeting last night.

She surprised TDs and senators two weeks ago when she claimed to be a victim of sexism and that a male colleague consistently spoke down to her and acted disrespectfully.

It’s understood that she told the meeting the issue “has been dealt with”, and she wants to get on with her work.
