GOLF aficionados who buy at Stoneleigh, a scheme of two, three and four-bed houses just off the Craddockstown Road in Naas, won’t have too far to go to practice their swing — the new estate is right next to Craddockstown Golf Club.

The Ballymore-built development, which is near another Ballymore scheme called Oak Glade, was launched in September and will comprise 123 contemporary-style homes when complete. Since the launch, the selling agent has released more homes for sale, so there are currently 18 properties available at Stoneleigh.

Prices start at €315,000 for a two-bed semi-detached bungalow measuring 953 sq ft: these homes are close to the entrance of Stoneleigh and back onto the nearby school’s playing grounds. Prices for a three-bed start at €325,000 for a 1,188-sq ft townhouse and at €340,000 for a semi-detached version with 1,265 sq ft of space.

The four-bed detached houses at Stoneleigh span between 1,645 sq ft and 1,710 sq ft and cost from €450,000. This full-brick style is double-fronted and positioned on a corner site.

The showhouses at Stoneleigh will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, between 12pm and 2pm.
