I look for peace and prosperity

■ I read many different news websites and papers – and much is the same around the world.

The Irish Independent, like most, focuses on local and national news as part of the world and I notice many of the events are the same in context with different names – wars, corruption and violent crimes as well as the usual suspects in world politics and their not-so-profound tweets and name-calling.

Come on, boys (they mostly are male), it’s time to grow up and lead.

Like everyone I look forward to a time of peace and prosperity but I only have about another 40 years left so it’s time to move forward.
