Clongriffin buy is a walk in the park

Belltree, Clongriffin, Dublin 13

-

FIRST-time buyers and trader-uppers seeking homes within an easy commute to Dublin city centre have dominated sales to date at Belltree, a scheme of family homes located just a five-minute walk from the Clongriffin Dart station.

Some 220 properties have been sold at the Gannon Homes development since Belltree was initially launched in 2015. The scheme is just off the Hole-in-the-Wall Road, about a one-minute walk from the 65-ac Father Collins Park, which has a lake, running tracks, pitches and skate park.

A new phase of about 20 three-bed homes — in a variety of styles — is being released to the market at Belltree this weekend, with prices starting at €355,000.

Outside, the homes have block paving to the front driveway, front railings, and a facade finished in render or brick. Inside, there is a family room on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen to the rear leading out to a private garden, a large utility room, and three bedrooms. The kitchen comes with oak cabinets with contemporary-style handles and soft-close hinges. Each house was designed to achieve an A3 BER, with the help of an A-rated gas condensing boiler and solar panels.

The rail service from Clongriffin Dart station to Connolly Station takes 17 minutes. The showhouses will be open tomorrow and Sunday, between 11am and 1pm. Enquiries to: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 6671888
