Just four units left in 50-house development

Oldtown Walk, Naas, Co Kildare

-

DEMAND for Oldtown Walk, situated on land that once formed part of Oldtown Demesne in Naas, has continued apace since more than 500 house-hunters thronged the showhouses during the September launch weekend — just four properties remain in the entire 50-unit development.

The development is off the road that leads to the Sallins/Naas train station, where commuter rail services reach Heuston Station in 30 minutes.

The Westin Homes scheme consists of three and four-bed semi-detached houses and four and five-bed detached styles.

There is just one three-bed semi still on the market: No 17 Oldtown Walk, which is priced from €400,000.

Also for sale is a 2,000-sq ft five-bed detached house costing from €560,000. The remaining two properties, both four-bed semis measuring 1,750 sq ft, haven’t been priced yet as they have not yet been put up for sale.

Apart from the three-bed semis, all the four main house styles at Oldtown Walk are laid out over three floors. Exterior finishes to all the styles include Ibstock brick and render to the facade.

Inside, there is a fitted kitchen, a walnut handrail to the staircase, fitted bedroom wardrobes, and a gas fire fitted to the living room fireplace. Viewings of No 17 Oldtown Walk will be held on Sunday afternoon, from 2pm to 2.30pm. Enquiries to: REA Coonan (01) 6286128
