Buyers can put down A-rated roots

Temple Woods, Greenhills Road, Dublin 24

-

RESIDENTS at Temple Woods, a new development launching this weekend, will have everything at their doorstep, according to the selling agent.

They’ll have a gastro-style pub, the new Tallaght Theatre which is being rebuilt to the front of Temple Woods, and the 320ac Tymon Park which should appeal to families looking for extra leg room. The estate, which will comprise 39 houses and six apartments, is being developed by the Apollo7 Group.

The initial release will consist of 20 three-bed mid-terraced, end-of-terrace and semi-detached houses. Prices start at

€355,000 for a mid-terrace style measuring 1,195 sq ft, rising to

€370,000 for an 1,195-sq ft end-of-terrace type and to €390,000 for a three-bed semi spanning 1,195 sq ft.

Depending on the style chosen by the buyer, the facades of the timber-framed houses are finished either in a Primula red or an Atlantis Selmo buff coloured-brick, with a splash of coloured render, and quoin-stone detail around the windows and doors. The cobblelocked driveways can accommodate two cars.

Buyers can add extra space to the three-beds: the attic trusses have been designed to facilitate a conversion. The custom-designed fitted kitchen comes with an island unit, quartz worktops and electrical appliances (the latter is subject to terms and conditions). The A2-rated homes have been future-proofed to meet the near-zero energy building standards.

The development is a few minutes’ drive from the M50 and

10km from Dublin city centre. The Kingswood Luas stop is within walking distance. Viewings tomorrow and Sunday, between 2pm and 4pm. Enquiries to: DNG New Homes (01) 4912600
