Weave your way to Kinsealy scheme
Muileann, Kinsealy, Co Dublin
HUNDREDS of years before Charlie Haughey was holding court at Abbeville, his palatial Georgian pile in the north Dublin suburb of Kinsealy, there was a linen mill in the village.
That heritage served as the inspiration for Muileann. The scheme is situated off Kettles Lane and is in-between the villages of Swords and Kinsealy, making it a 10-minute drive from Portmarnock Beach.
Muileann will ultimately consist of 148 two, three and four-bed homes in 10 different styles. The site will be extensively landscaped.
The showhouses for the Ardstone Homes scheme will reopen tomorrow, when the selling agents will release 27 houses for the third phase of Muileann. Prices start at €305,000 for a two-bed semi-detached house, at €330,000 for a three-bed terraced style, and at €385,000 for a three-storey, four-bed, end-ofterrace style, which is available either in a full-brick finish or with all-render facade.
The John Fleming Architects-designed timber-framed homes are mostly finished in a combination of brick and render with grey-framed UPVC windows.
The kitchens in the two and three-beds are contemporary-style and come with stone-effect worktops, while the kitchen units in the four-beds are hand-painted. The wardrobes in the bedrooms and sanitaryware in the bathrooms and ensuites are also modern by design.
The A3-rated properties are a five-minute drive from Swords village, which is linked to the
M1 and the M50, while Dublin Airport is 3.5km away. Malahide Castle and the Pavillions Shopping Centre are also a five-minute drive. Three showhouses will be on view from 11am to 1pm tomorrow and Sunday. Enquiries to: Savills New Homes
