Flight to the Condor: gated scheme makes most of its location

Condor, Killiney, Co Dublin

-

CONDOR, a new gated scheme of four large homes off Church Road in Killiney, makes the most of its picturesque surroundings. Terraces and south-west facing balconies with glazed balustrades were added to the front of each of the five-bed homes to highlight views of the Wicklow Mountains.

Condor is being built on a one-acre wooded site by Lioncor Developments, with Killiney Golf Course serving as the scheme’s backdrop.

Lioncor is also developing The Nurseries on Taney Road in Dundrum and Castlebrook Manor in the Limerick suburb of Castletroy.

Each of the detached family homes at Condor, which is being released this weekend, has 3,713 sq ft of accommodation laid out across three floors, with prices ranging from €1.5m to €1.6m.

Condor is accessed through electric gates, which can be controlled from each house via an entry video phone system.

The exteriors of the homes are finished in a mix of Kingscourt Country Manor brickwork and render. All the houses also have double-glazed Scandinavian Alu-Clad windows, professionally landscaped back gardens, and charging points for electric cars.

Inside, there is a custom-designed, contemporary-style kitchen from McNally Kitchens with Silestone Carrara worktops, a bespoke open-larder system, and integrated Miele cooking appliances.

Each home also comes with a study and five ensuite double bedrooms with Kube wardrobes — including a master ensuite fitted with walk-in wardrobes.

There are porcelain and encaustic floor and wall tiles to the bathrooms and ensuites, as well as Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware.

The A3-rated homes at Condor are 2.7km from the Dart station, 3km from the

M50, and 2.8km from the Luas at Cherrywood. Dun Laoghaire Harbour is 4km away.

The Condor showhouse will be open for viewings tomorrow and Sunday, between 1pm and 3pm. Enquiries to: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01)
