Philly’s bad break

A LARGE water main break has flooded streets in central Philadelphia with around 15 million gallons of water.

The flood happened just before 4am on Tuesday. A number of centre city streets were closed, amid reports of power outages. The flooding has forced the detour of a number of bus routes.
