Wood on mark in Pro-Am

FORMER rugby ace Keith Wood is no slouch on the golf course and he proved it in the Pro-Am. The exIreland and Munster hooker won the nearest the pin prize for men.

Defending champ Jon Rahm won the morning pro-am with 30-under but if was Chris Paisley who took the afternoon honours, shooting 33-under with Barry McGrath, Mark Murnane and Philip McEnroe.
