RESIDENTS of Beresford in the north Dublin coastal town of Donabate don’t have far to go to cool off in the heatwave — the development is just a five-minute drive from Donabate Beach.

Each one is a four-bed semi priced from €430,000 and measuring 1,475 sq ft. The developer is leaving the attics conversion-ready. The houses are built to a traditional format, with red-brick exteriors and the facades have a granite trim to the windowsills, and a black front door.

Buyers can choose their kitchen from Kube Kitchens and select sliding wardrobe doors too. Siemens kitchen appliances are included as standard if contracts are signed within four weeks. The living room is fitted with a traditional stone fireplace and wood-burning stove. An air-to-water heat pump provides heat and on-demand hot water.
