Just two remaining at Kinsealy scheme
Blackthorn Place, Kinsealy, Co Dublin
DUBLINERS have been flocking to the seaside towns of Malahide and Portmarnock throughout the near month-long heatwave. But buyers keen on living close to the popular coastal spots for good are settling down on Kettles Lane, a ten-minute drive away in Kinsealy.
New estates catering to such purchasers have been springing up at Kettles Lane: Ardstone Homes is building a 148-unit residential development there called Muileann, while sales at a new enclave called Blackthorn Place began in March.
The latter development, which is equidistant to Swords and Malahide, consists of just seven three-bed detached homes, with families already beginning to move in last weekend. There are still two of these homes for sale, each measuring 1,216 sq ft and costing from €460,000.
Externally, there is a canopy over a grey front door flanked by side glazing, and there are white frames to the high-performance double-glazed windows. There is cobble-lock both to the front driveway and to the southwestfacing rear patio.
The fitted kitchen is supplied by KDS Joinery, though appliances aren’t included in the price. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and there is tiling to the kitchen, utility, guest lavatory, bathroom and en suite. Each of the A-rated homes have an air-to-water heat pump.
Blackthorn Place is a twominute drive from Dublin Airport and a five-minute drive from Swords village. Access to both the
M1 and the M50 is also close by. Viewings at the development are being held on Sundays from
1pm to 2pm, and by appointment. Enquiries to Lawrence J Conway Properties, (01) 234
