A3 energy rating for new phase at Belltree
BELLTREE is a walk in the park for buyers — the Clongriffin scheme is just a one-minute stroll from the 65-acre Father Collins Park.
First-time buyers and trader-uppers seeking homes within an easy commute to Dublin city centre have dominated sales to date at Belltree, which is located off the Hole-in-the-Wall Road. More than 200 properties have been sold at the Gannon Homes development since it was initially launched in 2015.
A new phase of three-bed homes — in a variety of styles — was released at the end of June with sizes ranging from 1,205 sq ft to 1,506 sq ft. Prices start at €370,000 for a three-bed townhouse, at
€385,000 for a semi-detached version, and at
€400,000 for an end-of-terrace three-bed. There are double-glazed UPVC windows and a mix of render and brick to the elevations of the traditional-style homes, which were designed by Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects.
Inside, there is a family room on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen to the rear leading out to a private garden, a large utility room, and three bedrooms. Each house was designed to achieve an A3 BER, with the help of an A-rated gas condensing boiler and solar panels.
The development has on-site shopping and is also close to schools. Belltree is a five-minute walk from Clongriffin DART station.
Three showhouses at Belltree will be on view tomorrow and Sunday, from 11am to 1pm. Enquiries to: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 667 1888.
