A SENSORY EXPERIENCE
Castle Leslie Estate offers a wide variety of treatments including massages, facials and wraps, each one tailor-made to suit the individual. However, Castle Leslie Estate’s signature treatment has to be the decadent Chocolate Truffle Wrap, a real treat for the body without the calories! The experience begins with a full-body exfoliation using cranberry and pomegranate sugar scrub. Afterwards, the body is immersed in a 100pc organic cocoa, whipped to a truffle with macadamia and almond oils steeped in vitamins C, E and B3, leaving skin hydrated, toned and plumped.
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HARMONY
In this stressful age, more and more people are searching for mental and physical harmony. It is with this in mind that Castle Leslie Estate has developed a number of holistic and alternative treatments designed to enhance well-being, aid healing and encourage relaxation. The most popular of these is the Hot Stone massage, the Reiki treatment and Reflexology. A 55-minute course of Reflexology at the Victorian Treatment Rooms is Castle Leslie Estate’s ultimate spa experience. Working on reflex points on the feet, this therapy improves circulation, reduces stress, as well as working to combat a number of health conditions. The Victorian Treatment Rooms also offer an innovative series of nurturing spa treatments for anyone who has undergone or is undergoing cancer treatment, called Touch Therapy. One of the more popular treatments is The Chemo Comfort which is suitable for clients going through chemotherapy and suffering from side effects including dry skin, hand and foot syndrome stress or fatigue. Lindi skin products are used throughout the treatment to cleanse, soothe and hydrate the skin. A light massage is included in this treatment to alleviate any muscle aches or soreness.
