PROPERTY investment group Tetrarch Capital has appointed JP Morgan and UBS as lead underwriters for a stock market listing to raise up to €400m.
The group has held initial meetings with institutional investors in London and New York and aims to float by the end of the year.

SERIAL entrepreneur and former BBC ‘Dragons’ Den’ star James Caan is planning a series of investments in Irish recruitment firms to take advantage of what he believes will be a massive influx of post-Brexit jobs here.
Mr Caan’s latest company, Recruitment Entrepreneur (RE), has just invested in specialist Dublin recruiter 360 Search and expects to invest in three more firms by the end of the year.

ASTON Martin CEO Andy Palmer said that Brexit is “a disaster for the car industry on both sides of the Channel if there is no negotiated exit”.
Mr Palmer, a former executive at Nissan, joins Jaguar Land Rover CEO Ralf Speth in calling out the risks Brexit poses to the UK car industry.

ITALY’S League Party is working on proposals that would give tax breaks to Italian savers who purchase government bonds in so-called individual savings accounts, or CIRs, and keep the securities until maturity.
The League is a partner with Five Star in Italy’s coalition government. The proposals would be part of the 2019 budget package.
