All to pay for: Sky and BT Sport will be available on single subscription
SKY customers in Ireland will be able to access BT Sport through a single subscription from next summer.
This comes after the two companies announced a longterm extension and expansion of their content cross-supply deal in Ireland.
As part of the new arrangement, Sky will become BT’s “exclusive distribution partner” here.
JD Buckley, managing director of Sky Ireland, described the deal as “fantastic news for Sky customers in Ireland”.
Viewers will now be able to access all matches on Sky and BT channels from the English Premier League, Champions League and Heineken Champions Cup rugby directly with a single Sky TV subscription.
