Naas, Co Kildare Asking price: From €312,500 Agent: Hooke & MacDonald

(01) 631 8402 or Coonan New Homes (01) 628 6128 THE opening in August of the Devoy Link Road in Naas has enabled residents of Elsmore, a new scheme in the Co Kildare town, to walk, drive or cycle directly to the centre of Naas.

Cairn Homes, the stock market-listed housebuilder behind Elsmore, linked up with Kildare County Council to develop the 600m-long road and its pedestrian and cycling route.

Elsmore launched off the plans in April 2018, with showhouses opening last October. Its three and four-bed homes are arranged around open green spaces. The scheme will see a further 25 homes go on the market the weekend after this, with prices starting at €312,500 for a three-bed property and at €349,950 for a four-bed.

The front elevations are finished in a mix of brick and self-coloured render, with natural Portuguese limestone to the surrounds and sills. Internally, there is a contemporary-style kitchen, a separate utility room, and fitted wardrobes in the double bedrooms. The A3-rated homes are fitted with PV panels as well as a demand-control ventilation system.

Commuters to Dublin can drive to the Luas stop at Saggart, use the Naas/Sallins train station, or use the N7 to reach the M50. On view this February 16 and 17, between 2.30pm and 4pm.
