Maguire takes award
A SPECIAL lunch was held to honour the winners of the Irish Independent Reader Travel Awards 2019.
All winners were voted for by Irish Independent readers and the awards are sponsored by Iarnród Éireann. The awards have grown into the biggest and most credible of their kind in Ireland.
Neven Maguire’s MacNean House was among the winners, taking the prize for the best Irish breakfast. Next year will be bigger still. The ceremony will take place in The Round Room at The Mansion House on Friday, January 17, 2020.
