DERRY’S Jordan Coyle (25) posted the biggest win of his career at the Longines World Cup qualifier in Leon, Mexico on Saturday. Riding Eristov, he pipped Mexico’s Salvador Onate (Big Red) in a two-way jump-off.

In Bordeaux yesterday Wexford’s Bertram Allen (23) finished second with GK Caspar in the Land Rover Grand Prix won by French talent Felice Bertrand (Sultane des Ibis).

At Wellington in Florida, Kilkenny’s Richie Moloney steered Rocksy Music into third in the $391,000 Fidelity Grand Prix won by Switzerland’s Martin Fuchs. Conor Swail (Flower) took fourth while Daniel Coyle (Quintin) finished sixth.
