Ramos in hot water again after elbow on Messi in El Clasico loss

REAL MADRID captain Sergio Ramos (pictured) is under fire once more after appearing to elbow Lionel Messi in the latest instalment of El Clasico on Saturday night.

Barca were left fuming at the break as referee Alberto Mallenco allowed play to continue after the incident in Barca’s 1-0 win at the Bernabeu, but their coach Ernesto Valverde would not be drawn on the incident.

“Leo is fine, he has made a great effort, like everyone,” he said. “The referee? I have not seen anything on TV and I have no idea. It has been a hard, difficult game, a Clasico.”
