Guests flee LA hotel in armed raid

THE iconic Las Vegas Bellagio hotel was plunged into chaos after gunshots forced tourists to flee in panic.

Guests tweeted how a stampede broke out and people were forced to hide under tables as shooting started at around 1am yesterday.

Police said they were called to an attempted armed raid on a Rolex store inside the complex and arrested a man.

A spokesman said: “The preliminary investigation suggests at least three suspects entered a retail store to commit the burglary.

“It is believed at least one suspect fired shots inside the store.”
