Stab suspect chased down by two dogs
A PAIR of street dogs in India have become heroes after they helped to apprehend a stabbing suspect.
The animals chased down and bit a man accused of knifing a former colleague in Chennai in what police have called a “revenge attack”.
Detectives said the man is suspected of attacking the woman because he lost his job after she accused him of sexual harassment.
Rickshaw driver S Raman, who takes care of the dogs, told the BBC: “When they bit him he could not run.
“That is when I and other members of the public got hold of him until the police came.”
