Help for kids hit by killings
FAMILIES of killing victims have launched a bereavement counselling service for children.
Advocacy group ADVIC is offering the free help, the first of its kind in Ireland, to kids who need support.
Chair Barbara Clinton said: “Although we have developed and offered counselling services to families of victims of homicide for a decade, it has been clear for some time that we had to develop a specific bereavement service for children.”
