Niall gets on songwriting hot streak
Horan ONE Direction star Niall Horan said he loved waking up to the sunshine in LA every morning when making his new album.
The 23-year-old singer, who is criss-crossing the US to promote his new single Slow Hands, added he wrote about 50 songs.
The Mullingar man told Chicago B96FM station: “The sunshine isn’t bad.
“I spent a lot of time making the album [in California]. It was great because I grew up in a place where it lashes rain 365 days a year.”
The huge soccer fan also told how he regularly watched LA Galaxy to hang out with Ireland hero Robbie Keane.
But he said the game in the US is more “slowpaced” than in Europe.
