Sun­days start with a morn­ing walk on Prim­rose Hill with my three dogs. I have a golden re­triever Sabre, a Samoyed called Hamil­ton and my Amer­i­can cocker spaniel Bono.

They lit­er­ally pull me along to the park – it’s more them tak­ing me for a walk than the other way.

Af­ter build­ing up an ap­petite it’s back home to cook lunch for friends and their fam­i­lies. My roast chicken with veg­eta­bles and gravy from my new Baby-led Wean­ing Recipe Book is my go-to – it’s a de­li­cious, easy meal that feeds the whole fam­ily in­clud­ing baby.

Sun­days are all about fam­ily and one of my great­est plea­sures def­i­nitely has to be din­ner with my three chil­dren – Ni­cholas, Lara and Scar­lett. Now they are in their twen­ties, you have to grab these op­por­tu­ni­ties when you can! I’ll use the leftover chicken from lunch to make my tasty chicken and sweet­corn cro­quettes.

At the end of the day you’ll find me on the sofa catch­ing up on Home­land – I’m hooked.
