Man kills two in train horror

TWO men have been killed in the US trying to protect two Muslim women from being abused, police reported last night.

The victims were stabbed when they intervened on a commuter train in Portland, Oregon.

Another passenger was wounded before the attacker was arrested.

Sgt Pete Simpson said: “Suspect was on the train and he was yelling and ranting and raving a lot of different things, including what would be characterised as hate speech.”
