Camilla’s teetotal book launch... such a novelty

There are not many things that surprise me in the mad world of showbiz. But this week mouths fell open when a celebrity bash was teetotal.

Former Strictly dancer Camilla Dallerup, 43, launched her fabulous new book, Reinvent Me, at London’s Lights of Soho, where energy drinks and coffee mocktails were served.

The clean treats were followed by a meditation session and a goody bag which included, er, beef jerky.

Fellow Strictly star Karen Clifton, 35, tells me how Camilla saved her from “exhaustion”.

“She got me back to being emotionally stable and helped me work through it from the inside out,” she says. Result!
