Comedy duo warn hopefuls as they land role on new series

The spandex-wearing duo bring their Absolute Legends show to the Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway tonight and they are in talks to star in their own TV series. Dad-of-one Cormac, from Cork, said: “We’re focusing on our stage show at the moment but there’s lots of ideas for a TV show and we’re in talks with different production companies.”
He revealed the pair have been hired by Ireland’s Got Talent, which starts in January on TV3, to perform sketches and he hopes 2008 and have been making audiences giggle with their characters Sean and Seamus.

If they don’t treat people well it won’t last so it would be good if they highlighted the talent Ireland has got rather than telling them they should get better.” The dancer and comic cautioned against getting your hopes up when entering such shows.
