Mark ex sues shamed Glee star’s estate

THE ex-girlfriend of disgraced Glee actor Mark Salling is suing the late star’s estate for millions over a settlement she was never paid.

Roxanne Gorzela has filed a claim against Salling’s estate to request that she be made a creditor so she can receive the €2.1million she is owed.

Previously, the pair had reached a settlement after she accused him of forcing her to have unprotected sex in March 2011.

Salling, 35, was found dead on January 30 this year, weeks after pleading guilty to possessing 50,000 images of child sexual abuse.

He was found next to a riverbed near his home in Sunland-tujunga, Los Angeles.
