Fit 80s have 20s immunity
SOME fitness enthusiasts in their eighties have the immune systems of people in their twenties.
A King’s College London team studied 125 cyclists.
Prof Norman Lazarus, 82, who took part in and co-authored the study, said: “If exercise was a pill, everyone would take it.”
